Mindfulness Mondays

Start the week with Mindfulness Meditation in order to relax the body, calm the mind, clear the stress & increase the energy levels to cultivate inner peace. This month the focus is, again, on being the peace we wish to see in the world.

Join us at the Wellness Studio Barnabas Arts House 7.00-8.00 pm. This is a drop-in service so all are welcome. £7 per session.
