Group coaching is a wonderful way for people to share and learn with others, gaining both understanding of the course content and also of their interactions. 

What we learn about ourselves and others within a group setting can be a valuable exercise within itself. When I am working with a group of people, I see it as my role to facilitate learning through participation and cooperation, practicing skills that serve us in our daily lives with family, friends and colleagues.

Group dynamics online require a different approach than live sessions and I have been delighted to see how participants have created a sense of community. Feedback from collective learning of breathwork, wellbeing and mindfulness tools and practices, has been very positive, with participants saying how inspired and motivated they felt as part of a supportive group.
