Wellbeing and Mindfulness are two words that have become part of our vocabulary. So much so that we can overlook their deeper meaning. Wellbeing is all about living life fully, physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Mindfulness guides us through each day so we can work with, and overcome daily stresses, worries, work and family pressures, as well as challenging life changes. The Wellbeing hub offers a safe space to learn, share and have fun with like-minded people, and to leave feeling inspired and motivated!
